This art was commissioned by Pellitteri Waste Systems for a first floor HR office. In order to achieve flow and consistency, in two other of the HR rooms I created the same art but in multiples. Six in all.
The 3" squares are acrylic on cardboard which, before painting, I had coated for archival protection and then gessoed. The squares needed to be cut absolutely perfectly or else the finished art would not have been successful. This project definitely appealed to my love of the painstaking which tends to surface from time to time.
