I sat in our vegetable garden and did a watercolor study of these hollyhocks. From that study I executed this oil.
This is an oil painting on panel measuring 6 inches square. This painting can be either hung on a wall or placed on a tabletop. The sides are painted and so need no frame. This oil would suit both traditional and contemporary settings.
